Allows user to change the type of an existing pipeline.

Select the option and pick a pipeline/run to change. The following dialog displays:

Left-click to accept the highlighted pipeline and the Select Pipeline Type dialog displays listing the pipeline types to choose from. Once a new pipeline type has been selected, the original pipeline is redrawn to reflect the new type.
